Applicant Eligibility

Students who are eligible for the scholarship are:

• Holders of the General Secondary Examination Certificate (Tawjihi) with an overall grade higher than 60

• Local residents of the target support area (currently only students from Ghor Al-Mazra’a)

Moreover, students receiving financial support from the Fund are required to maintain a certain level of academic performance throughout their registration at university. The Fund reserves the right to halt support to students who are struggling academically. Moreover, students receiving financial support from the Fund are required to volunteer a number of hours every week to a pre-approved local NGO as a way to give back to their communities.
